Stock management and call-off delivery

We keep your parts in stock and deliver them when you need them. You no longer have to think about quantities and lead times for every single order.

What it gives you

We know in advance what you need and plan our production around it.

Your warehouse always at the level you want

We agree minimum stock levels and keep them up. You will no longer find an empty shelf when the line comes to a halt.

Lower cost per piece

Because we know the annual volume, we produce in more efficient batches. That shows in the price without this coming at the expense of quality.

Less administration

One agreement instead of dozens of separate orders. Calling off is straightforward and invoicing takes place periodically.

Call-off delivery

You say when and how much. We deliver at the agreed moment, with our own transport or through our regular carriers.

Your data kept safely

The data for every part is stored digitally in our ERP system and is easy to use again. A repeat order starts efficiently that way.

Also for maintenance parts

We keep wear parts and critical spares in stock for you, so a breakdown does not have to wait for a lead time.

One batch, one inspection

The whole series is made in one run and inspected in one go.

A fixed price for the term

We agree one price for the entire call-off period. No surprises per part delivery.

How we arrange it

1
We go through your parts list together: annual volume, minimum quantities and required delivery times.
2
We put the agreements in writing and start production of the first series.
3
You call off whenever you want, weekly, monthly or at the moment that suits you. We hold the stock and replenish it in time.
4
Once a year we check together whether the quantities still match your actual consumption.

What we put in writing together

So that it is always clear what the total cost to you will be.

How much and within what period

We produce ahead and agree what quantity you take within what period.

How long it may stay on the shelf

An end date. Should there still be stock left after that, we always discuss it with you.

When it becomes yours

This depends on when you pay.

What happens when the design changes

A new revision may make existing stock unusable. We agree in advance how we deal with that, so it does not become a discussion afterwards.

Even without a call-off agreement you benefit from our stock: the common metals and plastics are on our rack, so your rush order does not have to wait for material first. See which materials those are.

Send us your parts list

We will work out what stock management costs you and saves you per year. Without obligation.
