The screen of our tool presetter: tooling measured before it goes into the machine
Sectors

At home in demanding markets

Our customers work in markets where a small deviation can have large consequences. Below you will find, per sector, what we make.

Machine building and equipment manufacturing

What we make
  • Shafts, bushings, flanges, housings and guides
  • Precision parts in recurring small batches
  • Complete sub-assemblies, assembled and tested
What matters

Machine builders work with many different parts in small quantities. One supplier that machines as well as purchases, assembles, tests and ships saves purchasing work and leaves less room for things to go wrong.

Aircraft manufacturing and aerospace

What we make
  • Precision parts with tight tolerances
  • Tooling, clamping jigs and lifting and calibration equipment
  • Sets of matching parts, made in one batch
What matters

Here, being able to prove it counts just as heavily as the dimension: traceable parts, material origin and an inspection report that adds up. On request we mark parts with a laser engraving, so that a batch can still be traced back later.

Medical and laboratory technology

What we make
  • Small precision parts in stainless steel and engineering plastics
  • Parts for measuring and analysis equipment
  • Prototypes for development departments, often from a single piece
What matters

In this market the end user literally looks the part in the face. That is why we inspect not only the dimensions but also the surface, and why every product leaves here deburred and cleaned. We machine metal and plastic on the same floor, so an assembly of metal and plastic is no problem.

Maritime, energy and industry

What we make
  • Spare and wear parts: bushings, plugs, sleeves and sealing rings
  • Robust parts in stainless steel, bronze and steel
  • Repeat orders called off weekly or monthly
What matters

An installation standing still costs more than the part does. We keep the data of every order on file digitally, so a repeat order starts without any discussion, and we put frequently requested parts in stock so that the customer can call them off.

Packaging and food

What we make
  • Machine parts and wear parts for packaging lines
  • Parts in stainless steel and food grade plastics
  • Fast replacement in the event of a breakdown, even without a drawing
What matters

When a line is down, a short lead time is of great importance. We deliberately keep machine capacity free for rush work, and we make a new part from a worn one without the customer having to look up a drawing first.

Research and development

What we make
  • Prototypes and test setups, usually single pieces
  • Parts based on a sketch or a sample piece
  • Printed models to check shape and fit
What matters

Research departments do not always have a complete drawing. We think along from an incomplete design, print a model in plastic first where needed and only then machine in metal. Your drawings and models are stored securely and treated confidentially.

Your sector is not listed

That says nothing about whether we can do it

We work for a wide range of clients, from one person businesses to international groups. The question is never which industry you come from, but whether the part fits on our machines and whether the tolerance is achievable. We are happy to check that for you.

Would you like to know whether we have experience with work like yours? Ask us, and we will tell you what we are allowed to share.

What can we do for you?

Send your drawing along with your request, then we calculate with the right data and on working days you will usually hear within 24 hours what it comes to.
