Terms and conditions
We are a member of Koninklijke Metaalunie and work with the terms and conditions of that sector. That saves you reading: they are the same conditions used by thousands of metalworking companies in the Netherlands, and they were drawn up in consultation with business organisations.
The conditions themselves
All our quotations, orders, deliveries and all agreements concluded with us are subject to the Metaalunievoorwaarden (the general terms and conditions of Koninklijke Metaalunie, the Dutch organisation for small and medium sized enterprises in the metal industry), filed with the registry of the district court in Rotterdam, as they read according to the text most recently filed there.

What they say, in short
This summary is meant to help you find your way. If there is a difference between this explanation and the conditions themselves, the text of the conditions always applies.
- Quotations are without obligation until we confirm the order. The price applies to the work as described in the quotation.
- Changes during the order are allowed, and they happen often with us. A change to the drawing, the quantity or the delivery time may have consequences for the price and the planning; we discuss those before we carry on.
- Delivery times are agreed per order. We do our utmost to meet them and let you know in good time if something comes up.
- Payment takes place within the period stated on the invoice.
- Complaints we prefer to hear straight away. Report them within the period stated in the conditions, so that we can inspect the product and remake it if necessary.
- Liability is limited in the conditions, as is customary in this sector. If you have an application where that is a problem, please discuss it with us in advance.
Arrangements that deviate from this
If we make an additional arrangement with you, for example about stock management, call-off delivery or a long term price agreement, we set it out in writing. Such an arrangement takes precedence over the general terms and conditions, in so far as it deviates from them.
