A part in the rotary axis of our fibre laser, ready for engraving
Services

Finishing and surface treatment

A part is only finished once it has the right hardness, colour and protection. What we can do ourselves, we do ourselves. The rest runs through regular partners we have known for years, under our direction.

In house

These operations take place on our own shop floor.

Chemical blackening

A thin black layer against corrosion and glare, without any change to the dimensions.

Engraving and marking

With our own fibre laser we put article numbers, logos, scale markings or a serial number on the product. Useful for traceability and for parts that are taken apart later on.

Surface grinding

For a flatness and surface roughness that milling does not achieve. Workpieces up to 400 by 160 millimetres on the magnetic table.

Deburring and cleaning

A standard part of the delivery. Every product leaves clean and free of burrs.

Through our regular partners

For these treatments we work with a small group of specialised companies, largely in our own region, with whom we have had the same agreements on quality and delivery time for years.

Anodising

Clear, coloured or hard anodised, for aluminium parts that remain visible or have to withstand wear.

Hardening and annealing

Where the part needs strength or wear resistance. We allow for the shrinkage during pre-machining.

Spark erosion

Wire and sinker EDM for shapes that cannot be milled, or cannot be milled economically.

Welding and fabrication

In stainless steel, aluminium and steel, including cases where machined work has to be attached to it.

Other surface treatments

Passivating, galvanising, coating and special treatments we arrange in consultation, depending on what your application calls for.

Measuring and inspection on request

If your customer asks for a measurement that goes beyond what our own measuring room can handle, we place it externally and supply the report with the delivery.

We are glad to take the work off your hands

Arranging subcontracted work yourself often costs you a lot of time, and when there is a problem it is often unclear who is responsible. We are glad to take final responsibility for the quality of your product.

1
You state the treatment you want in your request, or you ask us what suits the application.
2
We machine the part, schedule the treatment and arrange transport.
3
When it comes back we check the partner's work before we ship it to you.
4
You get one delivery time and one invoice, with the finishing included.

Does the part also need to be assembled, tested and shipped afterwards? We do that too.
