Engineering and consultancy
We are glad to think along with you from the very first idea. You communicate directly with our engineer. The lines to the workshop are short, and our specialists are happy to think along about manufacturability and the points to watch when making your product.
Engineering and production under one roof
If something turns out to be hard to make, we usually find a solution quickly, because we also produce your parts in house.
We work with the current version of SolidWorks 3D and have over fifteen years of experience with CAD. Quite a few product improvements and designs of our own have come out of that time.

From idea to finished product
A strong result starts with a good process. This is how we handle an engineering job, from the first conversation to delivery.
What we help with
First conversation
We discuss your requirements and wishes and together bring the challenge and the goal into sharp focus.
Working out concepts
We work out several concepts, weighed for function, manufacturability and cost.
Testing the concept
We test the chosen concept for function, strength and manufacturability, with calculations and FEM simulations, and where needed a printed trial model.
Quotation
Based on the approved concept you receive a clear quotation with price and planning.
Production
After your approval we start production. We keep you informed of progress.
Assembly
The parts are assembled and where needed tested for function and quality.
Delivery
The end product is carefully packed and delivered on the agreed date.
What we ask of you
We read in the common file formats and work in SolidWorks 3D ourselves. If you have no file at all, a sketch, a photo or the part itself will do just as well.
- We draw in
- SolidWorks 3D
- We read in
- STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, PDF
- Also from
- CATIA and Unigraphics NX
- Without a file
- sketch, photo or sample part
- Experience with CAD
- over 15 years
What you get back
- A complete drawing package with 3D model
- Old paper drawings digitised, so that they do not get lost
- Honest advice on manufacturability, with proposals to save on cost
- If you want it, a printed or milled prototype to hold in your hands
- Your drawings and models are stored locally and treated confidentially
Finished drawing? Then it carries on to our production.
No drawing yet?
We are glad to think along about what is needed to make it manufacturable.
