A part in bubble wrap in the shipping box: complete, tested and packed
Services

Assembly

If you wish, we assemble your parts, test the whole and ship it complete. Everything from one supplier.

What we assemble

Prototypes, one-offs and small series. Metal and plastic, with electrical wiring and circuit boards where that is needed.

Complete units

We build up units, or parts of them: mechanical components, wiring, circuit boards and housing brought together into a working whole.

Purchasing of bought-in parts

What we do not make ourselves, we can buy in for you. Think of motors, bearings, electronics and fasteners, so that you keep one point of contact.

Testing before shipment

We test the assembled whole. We can also carry out any electrical final test for you, with qualified staff.

Packaging made to measure

For fragile or large machines we design the packaging as well. Our parts sometimes travel all over the world, which is why we pay close attention to the packaging of your products before shipment.

A problem? Solved right away

If assembly gets stuck on a part, we walk over to engineering or to the milling machine and it is solved the same day.

Repeat series

If the first series works well, we record the method and build the next one the same way. On call-off as well.

Assembly on site

Our people regularly come on site when a unit or fixture still has to be set up or adjusted, or they provide support remotely.

What you no longer have to arrange yourself

The difference between buying parts and receiving a working whole lies mainly in the arranging around it. We are glad to help with that.

  • Sourcing and ordering parts you do not make yourself
  • Keeping track of which supplier delivers when
  • Transporting parts to a fitter or a third party
  • Arranging a test setup for the final inspection
  • Selecting packaging material for fragile or large parts
  • Arranging transport, including abroad

And the machining beforehand

Because we machine the parts ourselves, a problem during assembly does not have to wait for a supplier. We walk over to the machine and adjust it.

Treatments such as anodising or hardening we arrange together with our regular partners. This is how that works. Back from treatment, the parts first go through our incoming inspection and only then into assembly.

Case study

From loose parts to a machine shipped worldwide

For a machine builder we produce the precision parts, buy in the rest, assemble and test the complete machine and take care of packing and shipping. Read how that works in practice.
